The Cheek Boutique™ Ltd warrants that Baby Cheeks™ branded Goods are free from Defects for a period of 12 months from date of purchase. If it is found that the Goods are faulty by Defect, we will limit to either; replacement of the Goods or repair of the Goods, at the opinion of The Cheek Boutique™ Ltd.
No claims will be accepted with regard to Goods which have been altered or in any way utilised by you. We will not in any circumstances be liable for any loss or damage to Goods caused by wilful or accidental damage, negligent or improper use or care, maintenance or storage, or other circumstances beyond our control.
"Goods" means; all The Cheek Boutique™ Ltd or Baby Cheeks™ branded clothing products, with the exception of The Cheek Boutique™ Ltd or Baby Cheeks branded products which have been sold as 2nd grade quality.
"Defects" means; defective cosmetic stitching, defective seams, defective elasticity to any incorporated elastic in, inconsistent sizing, defective domes or defective fabric.
Baby Cheeks™ is the brand name for the trading company The Cheek Boutique™ Ltd.
Returns & Claims
No returns of Goods will be permitted unless the Goods are found to the satisfaction of The Cheek Boutique™ Ltd, to be faulty or as otherwise agreed by us. No returns of Goods will be accepted unless:
- Proof of Purchase is provided showing the date, store name, location and Goods purchased; and
- Explanation of the defective fault of Goods being claimed for is provided;
and
- Goods being claimed for are returned in the stated defective faulty condition, to the original store where they were purchased from.
