DID YOU KNOW you can even use our nappy for a toilet training option ; because our fleece is that little bit thicker, it allows the moisture to sit on the top of the fleece (for a quick second) before it then, quickly draws away from babies skin (into the insert) - your child will know when she or he is going to the toilet. Once this starts to happen simply remove the inserts and use the nappy as a "trainer pant" option. It's great for catching the "whoopsee daisies" :>)
This is a hard question to answer, our recommendation is buy 10 nappies and 5-7 packs of small inserts to start with then go from there!
Every baby is different and you may need more than this or you may handle having just 10.
We need you to think about, how many times you want to wash? and how many times you change your babies entire nappy system?(we NEVER recommend changing just the inserts at this time). Or if your going to be a full time cloth user? or just a part timer? - yes we understand sometimes it isn't possible to use your cloth nappy at daycare - but remember to ask as most are happy to help!!
- Wash nappy and inserts before use.
- Place your inserts through the pocket opening of your nappy, making sure they lay flat from front to back.
- Adjust the leg-elastics to suit your baby’s individual size. There are seven snap settings for you to choose from - they're accessible from just inside the pocket opening.
- Place the nappy on your baby.
- Fasten the hip row of snaps (bottom row). These should be firm but not tight.
- Fasten the waist row of snaps (top row).

Please AVOID using washing powders that contain ENZYMES, which can quickly breakdown waterproof bonding (two examples washing powders that CONTAIN ENZYMES are "Drive" and "Next Generation").
